Workshop Content:
The focus of this workshop is on helping you to recognize when you are stressed so that you can deal with it as soon as possible. By doing so you avoid the internal damage that occurs every time your body goes into a state of stress.
During this seminar you will learn:
- The difference between the stress response (sympathtic mode) and relaxation response (parasympathetic mode) in the body
- The detremental effects in the body at a physiological level when your body is in a state of stress
- How your body can heal naturally when it is in a state of relaxation
- Identify the stress triggers in your life - both internal and external
- The Inner Smile Meditation to calm your nerves and find inner peace
By the end of this seminar you wil have a clear idea of the difference between stress and relaxation, and what you can do to bring your body and mind back into a state of calm and relaxation.
